Maomao no Hitorigoto 3rd Season

Maomao no Hitorigoto 3rd Season is a chibi comedy series released as an original net animation on the TOHO animation YouTube channel. These shorts complement Kusuriya no Hitorigoto 3rd Season, offering comedic takes on characters and moments from the main story. The series began airing in October 2026 and continues on a weekly schedule, with new episodes releasing on Sundays. Episode numbering continues from the previous seasons, starting at episode 49 rather than resetting. The ONA format makes these shorts easily accessible to anyone with internet access, requiring no subscription or special platform to watch.

If you're watching the third season of Kusuriya no Hitorigoto, these chibi shorts provide entertaining bonus content that won't interfere with the main narrative. They're ideal for fans who want extra engagement with the series between main episodes or prefer lighthearted comedy over the parent show's heavier themes. The shorts air weekly, so there's a regular cadence to look forward to as the season progresses.
