Isshiki-san wa Koi wo Shiritai.

Isshiki-san wa Koi wo Shiritai is a romantic comedy that blends action and mystery elements into an unconventional take on the romance genre. The series follows a no-nonsense police inspector navigating unfamiliar emotional territory after developing feelings for a coworker, leading her to an unusual arrangement that becomes far more complicated than anticipated. This winter 2027 TV series appeals to viewers who enjoy character-driven stories with comedic timing, workplace dynamics, and the tension between professional composure and personal confusion.

The show is set to premiere on January 1, 2027, marking the start of the winter season. Its combination of ecchi humor, mystery elements, and action sequences distinguishes it from straightforward romance offerings, giving it broader appeal beyond typical romance anime audiences. The premise hinges on how a capable, respected professional grapples with something entirely outside her experience—a genuine exploration of romantic feelings rather than the usual meet-cute setup.

For those searching now, this series has not yet released, so you'll be watching from the beginning whenever it arrives. The blend of comedy with mystery and action suggests the romantic plot will unfold alongside other narrative threads rather than dominating the entire runtime, making it worth tracking if you prefer character dynamics and humor alongside genuine emotional development.
