What is Date A Live II?

Date A Live II continues Shido Itsuka's mission to save Spirits through unconventional romantic encounters. This Spring 2014 sequel expands the cast of beautiful supernatural beings while maintaining the series' blend of action, comedy, and heartfelt moments. Shido discovers new Spirits and deepens his bonds with existing ones as he navigates increasingly complex situations.

The second season of Date A Live. Shido Itsuka, who used to be a normal high school student at Raizen High, meets the first Spirit, Tohka, and awakens his power to "seal the Spirit's power". Though they may be feared and hated beings due to their immense power, Spirits were always alone and knew only combat and death.
